Dr. Radhika Pathalapati “Dr.Pat” is the Nephrologist and founder of Bucks County Kidney Specialists. P.C. Dr. Pathalapati received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. (M.B.B.S) from Sri Venkateswara Medical College, Tirupati, AP, India. She completed her residency and fellowship from Metropolitan Hospital Center, New York Medical College, New York. She won several awards during her residency and fellowship. She also worked in a private clinic in New York City prior to coming to Bucks County. Dr. Pathalapati is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Dr. Pathalapati is a member of American Medical Association. She has been practicing nephrology and hypertension since 2007. She treats patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases, patients on dialysis, recurrent kidney stones, auto immune kidney diseases and urinary tract infections. Patients describe her as a caring and empathetic doctor. Dr. Radhika Pathalapati is committed to educating the next generation of physicians. She has been on the teaching faculty of Lower Bucks Hospital since 2015, concentrating on Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and nephrology practices. She was named Program Director of the Internal Medicine Program since May 2019. Dr. Pathalpati is also the medical director for Newtown Dialysis Center and Oxford Court Dialysis centers. She has hospital privileges at St Mary Medical Center, Lower Bucks Hospital, St Mary Rehab and Jefferson Bucks Hospitals.
Laureen Delgado, MSN, CRNP
Laureen Delgado acquired her MSN from Thomas Jefferson University and is board certified as an Adult- Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Previously, she worked for ten years in the acute care setting as a critical care registered nurse. She presently rounds at the dialysis clinics and strives to build trusting relationships with open communication with patients and their loved ones. She rounds at Newtown Dialysis Center and Oxford Court Dialysis Center. In her spare time, she prioritizes time with her family and enjoys running half marathons.
Ashly Thomas, MSN, CRNP
Ashly Thomas earned her MSN from Thomas Jefferson University in 2021 and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP). Previously, she worked over 10 years as a nephrology dialysis charge nurse at Davita and managed patients with End Stage Renal Disease requiring Hemodialysis. Ashly is very passionate about nephrology and compassionate towards her patients. She presently works at office, and sees clinic patients. She is fluent in Hindi, English, Malayalam and Marathi. She lives with her husband and two children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time and traveling with her family, music, dancing and activities with her children.
